The Ledingham name has played a major role in British Columbia's construction and development industry with a solid and continuous history of commitment, integrity and performance dating back to 1905 when the company started operations in the Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver.

We have constructed a wide range of projects from working on many of the City's historic buildings - including the Hudson's Bay store in downtown Vancouver to highways, bridges, underground utilities, industrial, office, and commercial buildings. Several of Ledingham's construction projects are presented as part of a pictorial gallery at the B.C. Museum in Victoria, displaying many Ledingham employees and heavy equipment at work on various projects throughout the province.

Since 1984, when Ward McAllister joined Bruce Ledingham to form Ledingham McAllister Group of Companies, we have successfully created, built and sold thousands of new homes and communities throughout Greater Vancouver.

From our architects, to engineers and construction trades people, we work with the best in the industry. We are extremely dedicated to constructing buildings designed for durability in a rainy climate.
