The homes at Century are inspired by a design aesthetic that is intelligent and timeless in other words, one that suits you perfectly. They are a nod to the luxe hotels of the past, updated with contemporary elements. Janine Wilson, of i3 Design, was able to evoke solid design touch points from the early 20th century, bringing them forward into today with intelligent contemporary elements. The combination gives the Century presentation centre a distinctly liveable feel.

Elements such as white marble tile floors, gold picture frames, and glittering chandeliers are balanced by dark wood cabinetry and black tiles in the kitchen. The contrast is striking, and perfect for a community with one eye on the past and a sharp view of the future.
