John O’Donnell, Vice President of Development
John is a registered architect with over 30 years of experience in the development industry throughout British Columbia. He is responsible for the overall development and construction management of all Ledingham McAllister residential communities. He has been a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia since 1979.

Curtis Cooper, Site Superintendent
Curtis Cooper is the site superintendent overseeing the construction of the fine residences at Century. With over 35 years in the construction business – the last 25 as a superintendent – Curtis is an invaluable part of the Century team. He has overseen the construction of a number of Ledingham McAllister’s residential projects, including Westchester and Somerset in Vancouver as well as Brentwood Gate. Totalling seven buildings, Brentwood Gate is one of our largest collections of homes in North Burnaby, but with a standout team of foremen Curtis was still able to complete these homes well before schedule! Along with a highly skilled team of tradesmen, he has been overseeing Century since its inception in July 2009.
