It will be located on the corner of North Road and Cameron Street in North Burnaby. NorthGate Village is comprised of approximately 130,000 square feet of retail space on two levels. The retail component will provide residents at the adjoining residential community, Silhouette with the daily conveniences of Save-On Foods, Shopper's Drug Mart, the BC Liquor Store, TD Canada Trust,Tim Horton's and many other retailers.
	Touchstone 980 Marine Drive North Vancouver, BC Currently Under Construction Featuring nearly 15,000 sq. ft. of retail space, the commercial component will host a small number of major tenants and will provide a main floor foundation for the condominium homes. Pedestrians will have street-front access to the stores off of Marine Drive.

	Bridgeport Home Centre 2633 Sweden Way Richmond, BC Bridgeport Home Centre is a 77,000 square foot Home Improvement Centre anchored by Sears Home Furniture and Ethan Allen Furniture located in one of Richmond 's busiest retail areas.
	Kelowna Crossing Highway 97 & Highway 33 Kelowna, BC Kelowna Crossing Shopping Centre is conveniently located between downtown Kelowna and major residential areas to the North and East of the city. The Centre is anchored by a 117,000 square foot Costco Wholesale Outlet. Some tenants consisted of Jordan 's Furniture, Earls Restaurant and a Chevron Gas Bar and convenience store.
