The Ledingham name has played a major role in British Columbia's construction and development industry with a solid and continuous history of committment, integrity and performance dating back to 1905 when the company started operations in the Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver.
Since 1984, when Ward McAllister joined Bruce Ledingham to form Ledingham McAllister Group of Companies, we have successfully created, built and sold thousands of new homes and communities throughout British Columbia.
From our architects and engineers to our construction trades people, we work with the best in the industry. We are dedicated to constructing buildings designed for durability in our climate. As the President and CEO of Ledingham McAllister, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. As the owner of a locally-owned business that has been in successful operation for over one hundred years throughout the province of British Columbia, I am proud that our company has continued to stand the test of time over the course of many cycles of market fluctuation. Ledingham McAllister is now well into its second century and continues to reach for new heights as one of British Columbia's most respected builders.

With early projects dating back to the construction of the Hudson Bay store in downtown Vancouver, the Granville Street bridge, and the infrastructure for the Vancouver International Airport, Ledingham McAllister has long been recognized as a leader in the construction industry thoughout British Columbia. A small excavation company operated out of George W. Ledingham's backyard would soon grow to become one of BC's largest road building and underground utilities companies before its aggressive move to the construction of multi-family residential communities. By 2004, Ledingham McAllister had become the second largest builder of woodframe condominium homes throughout the province and is continuing its tradition of excellence by developing a solid reputation for building trendsetting high-rise towers throughout the province.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
WARD MCALLISTER - PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ward has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry throughout British Columbia. He establishes and manages the overall vision and objectives of the company and is active in the acquisition, design, approval, construction and marketing of all Ledingham McAllister communities. He is the immediate past president of the Urban Development Institute (Canada) and was the past president of the Urban Development Institute (Pacific) for three years and a Director for the past ten years. Ward has received many awards and mentions for his contribution to the industry and community. He is considered a chief spokesman for the housing and real estate development matters with all levels of government and community in Canada.
ED MAH - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ed is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and over 10 years as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for project financing and overall corporate financial management. From 2002 to 2005 he served on the Development Permit Advisory Panel of the City of Vancouver as a representative of the development industry. A strong believer in professional development, Ed has assisted the School of Chartered Accountancy formulate exam questions and has been a repeat speaker with the Urban Development Institute.
JOHN O’DONNELL - B.ARCH | SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
John is a registered architect with over 30 years of experience in the development industry throughout British Columbia. He is responsible for the overall development and construction management of all Ledingham McAllister residential communities. He has been a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia since 1979.
MANUELA MIRECKI - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING
Manuela is a marketing professional with a business degree from Simon Fraser University and has over 15 years of experience working with leading real estate development companies throughout North America. She is responsible for the overall strategic planning and execution of all branding and marketing efforts of Ledingham McAllister communities and is also an accredited member of the Institute of Residential Marketing.
BRIAN LEUNG - VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Brian has been a member of the Ledingham McAllister team for over 8 years and works closely with the President and CEO in regards to development, leasing and property management of our commercial properties. He is also responsible for managing the overall office including staffing, human resources, and IT. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Simon Fraser University and is an active member of industry activities and events.
CAMERON THORN - VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT
Cameron has five years of experience in the development industry. He also brings five years of experience from senior positions at both the local and the provincial government level. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Victoria. He is currently assisting with client relations while also managing several upcoming communities.
JEFFREY CHONG - VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT
Jeffrey brings over 25 years of real estate experience to Ledingham McAllister. He is currently overseeing some of our largest commercial and residential projects.
NADEE MYERS - VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & ADMINISTRATION
Nadee has over 10 years of experience in the development industry. She is responsible for the overall management and administration of sales for all Ledingham McAllister communities.
ELVA KIM - DIRECTOR, SALES & MARKETING
Elva is a sales professional with 10 years experience from real estate development and sales and marketing companies throughout Vancouver. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and obtained her real estate license through UBC. She is responsible for the overall management of the sales teams and sales programs for all Ledingham McAllister communities.
ROGER MOORS - SENIOR ACQUISITIONS MANAGER
Roger has over 35 years of experience in the development industry throughout British Columbia. He has been highly active in the Urban Development Institute over the course of his career. Currently, Roger oversees the land acquisition activities at Ledingham McAllister.
SHEELAGH NEUWIRTH - SALES ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
With nearly 10 years as a member of the Ledingham McAllister team, Sheelagh knows the ins and outs of this company very well. She began with sales administration before progressing to more senior roles within the sales and marketing teams. Currently Sheelagh oversees all of the day to day activities with the sales administration and contracts.
JILL BRADLEY - MARKETING MANAGER
Jill joined the company 4 years ago as a Marketing Coordinator before becoming a Manager. With nearly 10 years experience in the development industry and a background in interior decorating, she works closely with the senior vice president of marketing in the execution of all marketing efforts for Ledingham McAllister’s communities.
