We have had great success in the Brentwood area of North Burnaby. In recent years, it has emerged as a truly compelling place to live, and our Brentwood Gate and Memento collections have had a lot to do with that. So naturally, we were drawn to the area again when the opportunity arose.

Situated near the lush landscape of Deer Lake Park and Burnaby Lake Park, but a three-minute walk away from Brentwood Town Centre, more and more people are looking at the neighbourhood as a great option for a new home. A SkyTrain station is steps from the front door of the building – Downtown Vancouver is just 20 minutes away by SkyTrain. This is a place where you can live easily day-to-day or kick back and play.

We wanted Perspectives to bring a new level of design and progressive style to the neighbourhood. The shining glass-and-steel architecture cuts a striking profile across the North Burnaby skyline.
