Our long-term commitment to the Brentwood Gate area is well known. But when we decided to close up our sales centre and proceed with construction on Perspectives – when other developers in the area stalled completely to wait out the downturn – many people thought we were crazy.

For us, it was all about integrity. Call it belief in the area. Call it the advantage of a development company with a 100-year history. Whatever you call it, it means people will be able to move into Perspectives this year.
