Leddy the raccoon is known as the “fearless” one, always ready to take on new challenges! Extremely comfortable around people, Leddy has built amazing relationships with our vendors, trades and community members.

Knowing the ins and outs of Vancouver, Leddy also works closely with our acquisitions team to scout out new potential development sites around the city!

Fun Fact: With some of the most dexterous hands around, Leddy makes sure that every detail in a home has been fully considered and meticulously implemented.
